Elaine Oyang is an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Alliance Experienced Yoga Teacher, Nutrition Consultant, and Wellness Advocate offering her services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a sought-after teacher and speaker for her expertise in rejuvenating forms of yoga therapy and stress management. Elaine holds a degree in biology, a comprehensive training in holistic nutrition, and over 1000 hours of training in yoga therapy, including hundreds of clinical hours.
