Resolve chronic tension at its root
Yoga therapy and rest-based practice to help you move with ease, reduce pain, and feel at home in your body again
Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) · 10+ years · Serving clients on the Eastside of Seattle (Bellevue, Kirkland & beyond) and worldwide online
You've built a life around keeping it together.
And for a long time, it worked. But now your body is speaking up.
- Pain that returns, even when you’re doing everything you’re supposed to
- Exhaustion that doesn’t fully lift, no matter how much you rest
- A body that feels tense, braced, or hard to settle into
- The feeling of being a stranger in your own body
You've tried to push past it. You've seen various specialists. While they help, something still feels missing.
Like you're managing symptoms, without ever quite feeling at home in yourself.
What if the missing piece isn't another method, but a different approach?
Most approaches focus on fixing symptoms: reducing pain, improving strength, increasing mobility.
But when your body has been holding tension for a long time, it doesn't always respond to more effort.
It needs a different kind of support.
A slower, more precise, rest-based approach that works with your body, not against it.

I feel like I’m in good, safe hands with Elaine.

Hi, I'm Elaine.
Over the past 10+ years, I've helped more than a hundred clients work through chronic tension. Many have tried yoga, physical therapy, or exercise programs and still don't feel at ease in their own bodies.
As a C-IAYT yoga therapist with a Bachelor's in Biology, I draw on both traditional yoga and a modern understanding of the nervous system to guide you through a structured, gently-paced process that helps your body unwind long-held patterns without forcing more.
This is where you start to feel at home in your body again.
