With over 16 years of yoga studies, a background in biology and nutrition, as well as continuing education in mindfulness, meditation, pain psychology, and trauma-informed tools, I bring my years of expertise in private yoga sessions and group classes to help my clients overcome the health challenges that hold them back in life. The tools include but are not limited to: yoga therapy, pain biology and psychology, positive neuroplasticity, and guided relaxation techniques.
