  • With over 16 years of yoga studies, a background in biology and nutrition, as well as continuing education in mindfulness, meditation, pain psychology, and trauma-informed tools, I bring my years of expertise in private yoga sessions and group classes to help my clients overcome the health challenges that hold them back in life. The tools include but are not limited to: yoga therapy, pain biology and psychology, positive neuroplasticity, and guided relaxation techniques.

  • Yoga therapy is an embodied experience where each therapeutic movement, breathing practice, and inward contemplation has a specific purpose in helping the client move through and past the pain...all tailored to the client. Unlike yoga that is more fitness-oriented, yoga therapy is gentle, slow, adaptive, and individualized.
