You don’t need to do this alone
When you’ve been managing pain or tension for a long time, it’s common to try to handle things on your own. Yet healing is something you cannot do by yourself, as it requires you to tap into all the dimensions of you: body, mind, and social connections. Working together in yoga therapy creates space to address what’s been holding in the body, with guidance that’s paced, individualized, and responsive.
Ways to work together
Want 100% tailored-to-you program where sessions are individualized and shaped by the unique story of your body, rather than by a preset routine?
We begin by taking time to understand what has been happening in your body. This includes patterns of tension, pain, movement limitations, and the ways you may have learned to brace or protect over time. From there, each session builds gradually, with attention to safety, pacing, and clarity.
This work is not about pushing through discomfort or chasing quick relief. It is a structured process designed to help your body feel supported enough to change. Progress often comes from doing less, more precisely, rather than trying harder.
Throughout our work together, the focus is on restoring trust in your body. As tension begins to ease, we support the return of mobility and strength in ways that feel sustainable and reliable, so movement can become something you relate to with more confidence and less vigilance.
Perfect for someone who thrives in working alone and needs particular care for their complex chronic health challenges.

Looking for Ongoing Practice or Community?
ĀN Yoga is a virtual studio centered on rest-based, nervous-system-supportive practices and community. Classes are designed for those who are not seeking individualized therapeutic work, but who want gentle, accessible ways to slow down and reconnect with their bodies.
While ĀN Yoga classes can be deeply supportive, they are not a replacement for personalized yoga therapy when chronic pain, injury, or complex movement concerns are present.
Ideal for someone who is looking to establish more rest into their daily lives, and who thrives best being in a community of supportive women.
