I’ve helped over a hundred high-achievers learn how to truly ease tension and relax, so they can lead their lives with clarity, not chaos.
I used to subscribe to the hustle culture, but that only left me more dissatisfied and disconnected from myself. My body finally said: “Enough.”
Through yoga therapy, I learned what true relaxation is — releasing the layers of protective armor that helped me survive in the past, but was now keeping me from thriving.
