The Deep Rejuvenate VIP Program is a comprehensive 3-month, yoga therapy focused journey tailored to help my clients reduce symptoms of chronic pain and fatigue so they can resume their lives with more joy and less pain.

The program is about rejuvenation, nourishment, and increasing inner vitality.

12 Weeks, 3 Phases

a multi-dimensional approach to resolve your chronic pain

Phase 1 {Weeks 1-4}: Body

Deeper dive into body history of injuries, traumas, and events. Map your symptoms for an objective outlook. Start with restorative yoga therapy to help calm the nervous system and release tension from the body.

Phase 2 {Weeks 5-8}: Mind

Continue with refining yoga therapy sequences appropriate for your body type and lifestyle. Investigate stressors in life and design a plan for stress management. Discuss rituals for better rest and sleep.

Phase 3 {Weeks 9-12}: Spirit

Complete refinement of at least 3 personalized yoga therapy sequences {Strengthen Sequence, Release Sequence, and At Work Sequence}. Design lifestyle, sleep, activity, and self-care schedule to ensure long-term success.

At the end of this program, you will be able to confidently implement personalized restorative-based practices, gentle strength-building movements, and stress management techniques into your daily routine to manage symptoms, increase range of motion, improve sleep, and increase stamina.

Spinal Release Yoga and functional Yoga

A restorative-style yoga therapy that is strategically sequenced to effectively release deep-rooted spinal tensions. There are no forceful stretches or movements, but rather a method to provide the body to find its natural way back to alignment.

Lifestyle Coaching

Implement simple lifestyle changes to manage stress, sleep better, gain more energy, and feel radiant from the inside out. Receive hands-on support to help you integrate new habits for a new you.

Guided relaxation and meditation

Create your inner sanctuary and effectively bring your body to baseline with in-session guided relaxation and at-home audio guided meditation. Effective for anxiety and insomnia.

 

Daily support and accountability

Receive daily text reminders to keep you accountable on your weekly goals and home practices for effective results.
