The Deep Rejuvenate VIP Program is a comprehensive 3-month journey tailored to help my clients reduce pain and fatigue, and increase vitality and mobility from a holistic approach so that they can resume their ambitious, high-functioning lives.

12 Weeks, 3 Phases, One Powerful Program

a multi-dimensional approach to resolve your chronic pain.

 

Phase 1 {Weeks 1-4}: Body

Deeper dive into body history of injuries, traumas, and events. Map your symptoms for an objective outlook. Start nutrition consultation and personalized yoga therapy sequences.

Phase 2 {Weeks 5-8}: Mind

Continue with refining yoga therapy sequences and Loving Kindness Eating Plan appropriate for your body constitution. Investigate stressors in life and design a plan for stress management.

Phase 3 {Weeks 9-12}: Spirit

Complete refinement of at least 3 personalized yoga therapy sequences {Strengthen Sequence, Release Sequence, and At Work Sequence}. Design lifestyle, sleep, activity, and self-care schedule to ensure long-term success.

Loving Kindness Eating Plan

Develop a non-diet plan that focuses on food that nourishes you for your specific body-type and lifestyle needs guided by holistic nutrition and Ayurveda.
