Feel at home in your body again with
1:1 Yoga Therapy Designed For You
You’re ambitious. You’re capable. You have big dreams.
But somewhere along the way you not only lost yourself, but also your health and your spark.
Maybe it was a sudden life event. Maybe it was a slow grind. Either way, you now feel like a stranger in your own body — dealing with symptoms and stress you can’t explain or predict
You can feel great some days, and that makes you hopeful. Then comes a day when everything crashes and you’re back in bed.
You’re tired of being constantly on this cycle of roller coaster, not knowing how your body will respond any given day.
You want to feel like yourself again — in a body that is different.
But you don’t know how.
Stuck in a cycle
The 4-Step Framework
In our 1:1 sessions, we follow these specific steps to meet you, your body, and your nervous system at where they are. It is a slower, patient, and committed process in finding practices that your body responds best to.
1. Identify
We begin with a thorough assessment to understand your unique patterns of tension — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
2. Release
Through gentle techniques and practices that focus on nervous system unwinding, we release long-held tensions in your body without forcing or straining.
3. Restore
As your body releases tense patterns, we can then restore mobility and rebuild functional strength in ways that feel safe for your nervous system.
4. Embody
Overtime, you regain a trusting relationship with your body. You embody this new version of you, and feel confident and at home in your body once again.

Through gentle yoga therapy, we'll help your body remember what it already knows: how to heal.
This isn’t about stretching, strengthening, or “doing more.” It’s about releasing physical and mental patterns that no longer serve you, because I believe that many of our physical tensions and illnesses are manifestations of something deeper.
As your body learns to soften, we'll gently explore the emotions and sensations that arise, helping you integrate this new way of being.
Together, we’ll help your body remember what it once knew: how to feel safe, anchored, and whole.
This is for you…
-
Like you’re always playing a game of roulette with your body — unsure and unpredictable
Tired of your symptoms running the show
Constantly drained, no matter how much you rest
Easily overwhelmed and stressed out
That your must-hustle mentality worsens some of your health issues
A deep tension — in your body or your mind — that you can’t quite name or release
Stuck, and unsure where to begin and what to change
-
Have a gift you want to share with the world, but your body keeps holding you back
Are ambitious and self-driven and not ready to give up yet
Feel ready to step into a life that is full of ease, vitality, and resilience
Believe healing is multi-dimensional and sustainable — not a quick fix
Want to create a lifestyle and self-care regime that aligns with who you are
Are ready to love yourself, inside and out
This could be you
Imagine being in a body that once again feels supportive, a body that you feel confident in caring for. The physical, emotional, and mental tensions that you’ve long held within you are no longer stuck and no longer control you.
When challenges within and outside of yourself arise, you’re capable of meeting them with resilience, rather than bracing, tensing, or shutting down.
You enjoy this new version of yourself, and your life becomes more easeful and joyful as a whole.
It starts with acknowledging that the help you need isn’t more pushing through, but rather a softer approach to tend to your body.
